How will your order be delivered
- Items that require temprature controll such as frozen raw meal packs are packed in a insulated delivery box.
- The morning of your delivery, we will send you an email notification, letting you know your order is on its way.
- Once delivered, you will receive a text message and an email notification.
- Our drivers will try to leave your order out of the sun. If it’s in a hard to find place, we will send you an image and note with information on where the order is left.
When free delivery is not available
Free delivery is not available when your order matches any of the following:
- The order is under $125.00 for standard orders.
- The order is under $100.00 for autoship orders.
- Your order is being delivered to Mandurah/Alkimos and beyond.
