Add items to your cart, on each product page you can select your delivery preference

Check your cart

Check you have all the items you would deliver on your autoship order. If you forget to add a product you can select the add to autoship button.

Receive Email

You will receive an email notification when you change your order, 10 days before delivery and 1 day before your delivery.

Placing an order

1. Add items to your cart

  • Visit our product library at petfresh.com.au/shop.
  • Click on an item to view the product page.
  • Select the size of the product using the size option.
  • Select the frequency of your delivery (ensure this is the same for all products in your cart)

2. Check your Cart & Add other products to Autoship Order

  • Click the circle button with a number inside on the top right of navigation menu or click view cart when adding a product.
  • Check that all products have an autoship label next to the name.
  • If the product is not labled as autoship you will be prompted if you would like to change to (Once selecting a option on the cart page It will take approximately 15sec to process.

3. Add 10% Discount to your order

  • Use the discount code ‘Autoship’ at the cart page to receive 10%.
  • If the products in your cart are not Autoship enabled your discount will not apply.
  • Your 10% Discount will apply each time your order is re-charged.

4. Create an account

  • At the checkout page you will be asked to create an account.
  • Creating an account will allow you to manage your Autoship order at petfresh.com.au/my-account and select Autoship.

5. Pay using stripe

  • Using our secure payment gateway, place your order. Please Note that you cannot use Afterpay for an Autoship order.
  • You can charge your payment details at petfresh.com.au/my-account and select payment.

Managing your order

1. Change Your Delivery Frequency

  • To change Autoship frequency visit petfresh.com.au/my-account and select autoship
  • Click the items ship drop down.
  • Select your new delivery frequency.
  • Your page will take approximately 15 sec to process your change.

2. Add & Delete Items

  • To add more items to your Autoship order visit petfresh.com.au/my-account and select autoship
  • Select the add items field
  • Using the drop-down list select your desired product.
  • If you would like to remove an item from your order click the ‘X’ button next to the item.
  • Your page will take approximately 15 sec to process your change.

  • Visit petfresh.com.au/my-account.
  • Click Autoship.
  • Click ‘Next ship date’ and select your desired day.
  • All orders must be placed before Wednesday, 8PM for you to receive your delivery shown below.
  • PLEASE NOTE: While you can select the date of your payment using the next ship date option your order will not be delivered until the following Thursday (South of River) and Friday (North of River).

Receiving your order

1. Email Notifications

  • Petfresh will send you an email 10 days before your payment/delivery is expected.
  • Petfresh will send you an email 1 day before your payment/delivery is expected.
  • Petfresh will send you an email if your order fails.
  • Petfresh will send you an email if your order is a success.

2. Delivery Days

  • If you live south of the river you will receive your order on following Thursday from the payment of your order.
  • If you live North of the river you will receive your order on following Friday from the payment of your order.
  • If you need more information visit our delivery page.

3. Unsubscribe from SMS Notifications

  • As a Petfresh customer, you will automatically be sent reminders to place your order before the cutoff.
  • If you do not desire to receive these messages anymore reply STOP to the message.

3. Order Failed?

  • If your Autoship fails, your schedule will automatically be paused until you update/confirm your details on the My Account page.
  • We recommend you set your autoship date as a Monday or Tuesday, as it gives you time to make any changes or confirm any details prior to the order cutoff at 8 PM, Wednesday.
  • Can’t access your account or having issues confirming or changing details? You can contact us by our support form page or message us via Facebook Messenger.
