Get emailed your subscription information

Receive an email from the PetFresh team to your registered billing address, to confirm your subscription. The Email will be sent on the following Wednesday Night (8 PM)

Pay at agreed interval

Petfresh will charge the amount of your order on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly on the Monday of the week you are expecting the delivery. (including a 10% discount)

Delivery FAQs

When is my first order scheduled to arrive?

Pet Fresh delivers both South (Thursday) and North (Friday). If you live south of the river you will receive your order either on Thursday or Friday. Find out more at or click here.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Not at all. Your Pet Fresh delivery driver can leave it anywhere you request. Add any instructions in the order notes field at checkout.

How are my furbabies meals delivered?

All meals come frozen, except for treat and supplements

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, your subscription will renew at the interval of your choosing.

Is there a minimum subscription length?

No you have full control of your account, change or modify whenever you want.

What is the cut-off date to skip a week, put my deliveries on hold, or cancel?

You must notify us of a change before Monday afternoon. If your payment declines, we will email or phone you on Tuesday.

Pet Fresh full range of products are 100% Natural No fillers No preservatives just food the way nature intended.

How should I store my meals/How long can I keep them for?

Your meals will come frozen, simply defrost pull the film back and away you go. They will store up to 12 months if kept frozen or up to 1 week when defrosted.

Can I customise my order?

Yes, we can customize your order to your exact requirements. Just contact customer service for details.

Is the packaging safe for microwaves

Yes our packaging is 100% recyclable and can be used in the microwave with the film on
